The Center for Instructional Technology would like to announce this week’s workshops.

Using a MIMIO SmartBoard
Wednesday, May 7th, 11:00AM – 12:00PM
MIMIO is an interactive board that allows for touch control over your projected screen but also allows for recording of whiteboard sessions that are conducted with regular dry erase markers. In this hands-on training you will learn how to use a board like this and will have a chance to play with one in CIT's classroom.
In addition to learning incredibly useful software for free, you can
also take advantage of the following perks: Participants who attend
all workshops in a course will earn a CIT Certificate. Part-time
faculty who complete all workshops will also receive a stipend in
the amount of $200.00. Full-time staff who also teach part-time in
Columbia do not qualify for a stipend.
