Frequently Asked Questions

-I am a student/faculty/staff that is currently out of town- Can people that are out of town have tickets held or shipped?
NO- we cannot hold/ship/promise tickets to anyone. The ONLY way to get tickets is through the Ok Go ticket office on our distribution dates

-I am not a current student/faculty/staff- how do I get a ticket?
The Manifest website will update on May 15th to let the general public and our community know if there are any tickets left. If there are, they will be distributed on May 16th somewhere on campus- the location will be announced on the website May 15th

-I am eligible for tickets but I need more than one- how many do I get?
ALL students/faculty/staff are allowed ONLY two tickets each as supplies last

-How come Manifest ticketed this event?
Because Manifest has grown each year we had to move our mainstage concert to a bigger venue to accommodate our audience- Grant Park. Because of the location of the park being in the middle of a high traffic area we needed to ensure crowd control by ticketing the event so that it was an organized and SAFE concert. We've been working very closely with the Chicago Park District and the Chicago Police Department to make sure this happens.

-How come my ticket says 'bags strongly discouraged?'
Because we will be searching bags at a security check before guests enter the park. So to keep things moving at the entrance, we're suggesting not to bring bags in if possible. Also no food/beverages/alcohol are allowed in the park.
