Pamela Lewis graduated from the Art Institute Of Chicago in May of 2003 with a Bachelors degree in Fine Art. Her concentration was in fiber and material studies, a passion she extended into her fashion career. Lewis, whom had lengthy retail management experience, quickly moved from top tiered duties at local boutiques before being recruited by Barney's to open their Chicago COOP. Lewis has worked with Barney's New York for the better part of 4 years.

Q: Whoa there. What are Industry Expert sessions again?
A: It's a service provided by the Portfolio Center that pairs students with working professionals in their field. An Industry Expert helps you understand what materials to put in a portfolio (and what to leave out), how to package and present your work, and how you'll know when it's ready for prime time.
