Live on campus, get first month's rent free

Columbia students, if you're still looking for a place to settle in, Columbia has a deal for you. There are a handful of beds available for the academic year. If you move in now, you could get your first month of rent for FREE. Because of a limited supply, it's a first come first serve deal.

The Residence Life website has a 'housing options' page you can review to see all of Columbia's properties. Keep in mind, space is not available in every property.

They are located in the 731 South Plymouth Court building. Office hours are Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
